SD-series Infantry Droid
this series of combat droids, produced by Balmorran Arms, was first designed during the last years of the New Order. Actual production didn't begin until after the Battle of Endor, so Balmorran Arms decided to sell the technology to the New Republic. The Empire's forces managed to capture Balmorra and taken control of the SD-9 droids, but Balmorran Arms provided the prototype SD-10 to the New Republic during the planet's liberation.
