this was Prax Arms' wrist-mounted laser weapon. Sold in pairs, the LG-5 was a form of hold-out weapon which could produce at most three shots per gauntlet before needing recharging. Many buyers eventually modified the LG-5 by removing the laser element for use in a custom-made set of gauntlets.
