Garr, Faltun
this Imperial Colonel was placed in charge of the Incom Industries facility on Fresia, after the Empire nationalized the corporation during the height of the New Order. In his mid-sixties at the time, Garr was known more for his competent, though uncharismatic, approaches to his work. After serving as a soldier and officer at Kuat Drive Yards and various Sienar Fleet Systems facilities, many thought the posting on Fresia was something of a demotion. Garr, however, approached his new assignment with enthusiasm.
