Hal, Garthus
this freelance mercenary was hired by Imperial Moff Graffe, shortly after the Battle of Yavin, to turavel to Esseles and stir up public opinion in favor of the Empire. To this end, the pasty-faced Hal and his crew caused a number of bombings and assassiantions, all in the name of the Allaince. Hal himself was a jack of many trades, having served as a soldier, a pirate, and a gambler during his career.
