this was the name used to describe the treaty signed by Mon Mothma, Garm Bel Iblis, and Bail Organa, officially announcing the creation of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. This name was adopted to eliminate confusion with the original Corellian Treaty, which established the boundaries of The Slice and the hyperspace travel routes within it.
