Migg, Potiphar
this man, distinguished by his brown skin and white eyes, worked for the Imperial Security Bureau during the height of the New Order. He held the rank of Major in the ISB, and was one of the most enthusiastic supporters of Emperor Palpatine. Migg served the Empire on Coruscant, working to "verify the loyalty" of the planet's inhabitants. What made Migg's eyes unforgettable was the fact that they were cybernetic, and their "pupils" glowed with a red light that mad him look evil.
