Duna, Trey
this man served as the Mayor of Imperial City for many years, from the last days of the Old Republic through the reign of Emperor Palpatine and into the early years of the New Republic. An inventor in his spare time, Duna worked hard to prove to people that the Mayor's office was not merely a puppet of the incumbent government. His best efforts were perhaps thwarted by the fact that he never tried to crack down on the criminal underground of Coruscant, preferring to minimize the damage inflicted by rival organizations.
