Volven Roxe
this Shistavanen crimelord made his fortune running spice to the CoCo District of Coruscant during the last decades of the Old Republic. He was the driving force behind the establishment of the Outlander Club, and used his connections to a group of Columi investors to finance its construction. He used a good deal of his own credits to hire gorgeous beings to frequent the Outlander Club, using their wiles to lure prospective patrons to the bar. A narcissistic individual himself, Volven was also addicted to Drovizn Zwil.
