this Epicanthix warrior-chief was credited with uniting the myriad of Epicanthix clans into a single entity, as well as dispatching those clans who refused to join him. Canthar is also credited with taking the Epicanthix culture away from a purely barbaric society and cultivating cultural and technological advancement.
