Danu, Giddean
this dark-skinned man was Kuat's Senator to the Old Republic, during the years following the Battle of Geonosis. Senator Danu was among the handful of Senators who were chosen by Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to consider the development of the Petition of the Two Thousand. His staunch support of the Loyalist Committee and his desire to work for the betterment of the Republic went against the wishes of the leaders on his homeworld, and the Kuati government recalled him twice to discuss his stance in the Senate. He maintained his loyalty to the Republic despite this, and placed a great deal of faith in the abilities of the Jedi Order.
