named for the elderly infochant Braxas, this dish was developed as a way to test Braxas's customers. A local fish dish was served in a large goblet, but hidden under the fish was a scorpion. If the customer culd eat the fish without being bitten by the scorpion, Braxas considered them worthy of his help.
