this Ugnaught worked as a technician aboard the Esfandia Long-Range Communications Base, during the height of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy. Unknown to his comrades, Tegg was also a member of the Peace Brigade. It was Tegg, not the Noghri Eniknar, who brought a villip into the base, allowing the Yuuzhan Vong to discover its location. Tegg was apprehended by Fan Gantree and Leia Organa Solo, and Leia used the Force to render Tegg unconscious before he could escape.
