this man, a native of the planet Aargau, served as a Captain for Bank of Aargau Security, Limited, during the height of the New Order. He eventually replaced Captain Ryyts, although his new subordinates failed to find a way to respect him. He was continually making excuses for his own actions and miseducation, covering up by asking his officers to brief him on "the latest technology."
