Ahto City
this floating city was established by the Selkath on their homeworld of Manaan, more than 4,000 years before the Battle of Yavin, to provide a base of operations for the many small businesses which produced kolto. The city's primary residents were to be the many off-worlders who traveled to Manaan to work for the corporations. During the Great Sith War, the Selkath allowed both the Sith Empire and the Old Republic to maintain embassies in Ahto City, striving to maintain a balanced distribution of kolto to each side of the war. When the production of kolto suddenly stopped, the Selkath abandoned the city and returned to the oceans.
