this Cathar Jedi Knight, like may of her species who joined the Jedi Order, struggled with her instincts and emotions while trying to gain a greater understanding of the Force. Despite her inner struggles, Juhani committed herself completely to the Jedi Order, and refused to be anything less than the perfect Jedi Knight. In this, she also refused to accept failure among her peers, which tended to alienate her from many of her fellow Jedi. She was exceptionally loyal to her Jedi Master, Quatra, who trained her at the ancient Jedi compound on the planet Dantooine. During a training exercise, however, she became angry at Quatra for his unending teaching, and she accidentally killed her. Juhani, horrified at this turn of events, fled into the wilderness of Dantooine. She was eventually hunted down by her fellow Jedi Knights, but chose to fight to the death, rather than be turned back to the Light Side of the Force. She died in combat in The Grove. Juhani was voiced by Courtenay Taylor for the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
