this Sienar Technologies gunship was developed during the last centuries of the Old Republic, but was considered ancient by the era of the Clone Wars. Essentially a blastboat which had been refitted for atmospheric travel, the Turbostorm was a relatively slow craft designed for carrying a platoon of heavy infantry into a battle zone. Because of this mission profile, the Turbostorm was heavily armored and armed, bristling with laser cannons and missile launchers.
