Toklhor
bio-engineered by the Yuuzhan Vong, this disgusting tick-like creature grew to almost two kilograms in mass. Easily distinguished by their foul smell, tokhlors were swollen with oils and mucus. It was this combination of bodily fluids that the Yuuzhan Vong employed as a way to stopping a pursuer. When thrown to the ground, a tokhlor exploded in a goopy mess, coating the ground with a film of slime known as tokhlor tallow. This substance was extremely slippery, and could make any surface nearly frictionless. When a pursuer ran over the slippery spot, they were thrown off-balance and often landed face-first on the ground, at which point the Yuuzhan Vong could disable them.
