this aging Twi'lek maintained a small medical office in the caverns beneath the surface of Streysel Island, on the planet Vaynai, during the height of the New Order. His office and facilities were carved from the lava rock which made up the island, providing Guzerre with room for a surgical ward and an upper-level apartment. While his techniques were fairly standard, it was his use of ryll and slick to help patients heal that set Guzerre apart from most doctors. The lowere levels of Guzerre's facilities was dedicated to the production of slick, and had been created with funding from Onoron Fil'vye. Guzerre used former patients - those who could not pay their bills - as his slave labor, forcing them to smash the local seaweeds into pulp to be fermented into slick. In return for his slick production, Guzerre operates his medical practice with virtually no taxes or expenses.
