Thaissen Crystal
found only on the planet Circarpous V, these unusual crystals glowed slightly when in the presence of the Force. The glow as very faint, but could be enhanced using a dedicated power supply. This configuration was used by Emperor Palpatine to create his Force Detectors, during his hunt for fugitive Jedi Knights.
