Fel, Cem
this young man was the son of Soontir Fel and Syal Antilles. Like many of his siblings, Cem was born on the planet Csilla. He was an experienced pilot, and often took the family yacht Starflare on short voyages. It was later discovered that Cem was the Fel's shadow child, whose existence was a closely-kept secret to ensure that the family was never wiped out by its enemies.
