Tarl
this Imperial stormtrooper was assigned to the detachment led by Lieutenant Stalgis, which accompanied Luke Skywalker to Munlali Mafir during his search for information on the rogue planet Zonama Sekot. When their party was attacked by mutated Krizlaws, Tarl was caught and forced to ingest a Jostran individual. The Jostran began to fuse itself to Tarl's spine and nervous system, and would have overtaken him if Luke and his nephew, Jacen Solo, hadn't used the Force to keep the creature at bay. They took Tarl back to Tekli's medical facilities aboard the Widowmaker, where the Chadra-Fan was able to extricate the Jostran and save his life.
