Kessel Correctional Facility
despite its name, this medium-security prison facility was actually located on Kessel's Garrison Moon, during the height of the New Order. Thise prisoners who were physically unable to contribute to the mining of spice on Kessel itself, yet were too valuable to dispatch, were given menial duties at the Facility.
