occurring some fifty years before the Battle of Yavin, the Arkanian Revolution was a coup attempt launched by the Arkanian Renegades. They hoped to use a cyborg army to bring down the Arkanian Dominion, but the coup ultimately failed. However, the benefits of cyborg technology were brought to light, and eventually adopted by the Dominion.
