this was a bathroom fixture which sent a jet of warm water at high speed. When bubbles were added to the jet, the blast scrubber cleaned as well as invigorated the skin. Because of the speed at which the jets were fired, blast scrubbers were usually reserved for thick-skinned beings like Hutts.
