Great Chott
located in the deep desert of Tatooine, the Great Chott was a vast salt flat which had very little change in elevation. The salt flats were located at the southern tip of ther Jundland Wastes. Nothing lived in the Great Chott without adequate protection, because any living thing caught on the Chott during the day was sure to lose its water in a short time. A small settlement was established on the flat's northern boundary, near to Anchorhead and Tosche Station.
