this was the proper name of the Mos Ethna franchise of the Crystal Moon restaurant, in order to differentiate it from the original Mos Eisley restaurant. Much of the restaurant's funding came from Herogga the Hutt, who used the restaurant as a covert base of operations for his attempt to regain control of Tatooine for the Hutts.
