this was a term used by many to describe the Jedi Master Yaddle, during the years leading up to the Clone Wars. It stemmed from her 200-year imprisonment at the hands of the Advozse warlord Tulak, on the planet Koba. The name was first given to her by the Kobans, who also coined the phrase, The One Below stays below.
