this Old Republic officer was in charge of regulating the prices of vital commodities during the early stages of the Clone Wars. Weng worked with the Republic Office of Criminal Investigation and the Sector Rangers to ensure that the Victory Rationing Orders and Regulation Plan was enforced throughout the galaxy.
