this was the name adopted by Max Rebo and Sy Snootles, after they survived the death of Jabba the Hutt. Of the twelve members who played for Jabba, only Max and Sy decided to remain together when the band broke up, and they played a few engagements for Lady Valarian. Shortly afterward, Greeata and Rystall rejoined them, and they once again went by the Max Rebo Band.
