this was the original name of the Max Rebo Band. Founded by Evar Orbus, the group consisted of Orbus, Sy Snootles, Max Rebo, and Droopy McCool. When Orbus was killed in a firefight with the rival band, Figrin D'An and the Modal Nodes, the survivors renamed it to simply the Max Rebo Band.
