Karg
the son of an Imperial Admiral, this Imperial Commander was order by Darth Vader himself to locate Princess Leia Organa, and to confiscate her ship and her cargo upon capture, during the months leading up to the Battle of Yavin. Commander Karg managed to intercept Leia on Kattada, and would have shot her in cold blood if she hadn't acknowledged the fact that she was a member of the Alliance, if the Alderaanian soldiers aboard the Tantive IV hadn't shot him first. Leia ordered that Karg and Mia Ikova be taken aboard the Tantive IV for medical treatment. However, the wounds to his head and neck were too extensive even for bacta to heal, and Karg died shortly afterward.
