this man served as the Royal Physician to the King Lorac and Queen Denira of the planet Velmor, during the early years of the New Order. After the deaths of Lorac and Denira, Wardle remained part of the royal household, serving Regent Zelor and Prince Anod. When Luke Skywalker arrived on Velmor with a man he claimed was the rightful heir to the throne, Prince Denid, it was Wardle who performed the examination to verify the claim. His tests clearly showed that Denid was, in fact, the legitimate heir to the throne. Zelor, however, had become enamored of rulership, and had Wardle and his entire staff executed shortly after the report was submitted, in an effort to cover up any possible proof of Denid's claim.
