this young Muun was a student at the Leadership School on Andara, during the years following the Battle of Naboo. Distinguished by a shock of yellow hair which stuck straight up from his head, Tulah was a scholarship student who never fit in with the wealthier students at the School. His businesslike demeanor attracted him to Gillam Tarturi, who asked him to join his small band of mercenaries. His field of expertise was in military history, and he provided Gillam's group with a battle strategist. When Gillam's plan to fake his own death and blame it on his father was exposed by Anakin Skywalker and his Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Tulah, Gillam, and the entire team were expelled from the Leadership School and transported to Coruscant for questioning.
