Hyrim Focela
this Arkanian was Vaskau Farg's primary contact on the planet Arkania, during his hunt for a Sakiyan witch. Farg hated Focela, considering him too much of everything Arkanian. Despite his hatred, however, Farg had to work with Focela, for it was Focela who controlled much of the information in and around the city of Novania. Outwardly, Focela held the position of Novania's Security Master during the years following the Battle of Naboo, although he always seemed to act in the best interests of the populace. He had little patience for off-worlders who didn't respect protocols, and kept his calendar full of appointments.
