Greyshade, Jheramahd
this Old Republic Senator, a native of the planet Columex, was assassinated eight years after the Battle of Naboo. The elected representative the Commonality, he was thrown from his apartment at 500 Republica, and fell to his death. The fall caused a major pile-up of the repulsor traffic surrounding the building, forcing the Senate Guard to investigate the murder. Jheramahd was the cousin of Simon Greyshade, who was elected to succeed Jheramahd as Senator. Investigation into his murder revealed that Venco Autem had been behind the act, as part of a plan to ensure that the Financial Reform Act failed to pass in the Senate.
