this insane Bothan was an undercover operative who worked for the Bothan SpyNet. Decades before the advent of the New Republic, he was dispatched to Caamas to eliminate one of the shield generator stations which protected the planet. Like his fellow operatives, Tosk-tar'ilya was unaware of the actual nature of the mission until the bombardment of the planet's surface had begun. Stunned and appalled by the destruction he had helped cause, Tosk-tar'ilya went insane, fleeing into the jungle and living as a hermit for many decades.
