Blast Bug
this large insect was bio-engineered by the Yuuzhan Vong for use as a projectile weapon. Also known simply as an attack bug, blast bugs were created from the baseline stock of the sparkbee. When a blast bug was thrown at a target, it accelerated rapidly until it almost struck the target. Just before impact, its body exploded. This released a spray of chitinous shrapnel as well as acidic bodily fluids.
