Sartar
this Imperial Moff was placed in charge of the development of Fire-Rain 3. He secretly commandeered space at supply depot I-389 on Tatooine, and planned to test the efficacy of Fire-Rain 3 on the populations of Anchorhead and Mos Eisley. Unfortunately, Sartar's lab was discovered by the Bothan SpyNet, which relayed evidence of its existence to the Alliance. A strike team eliminated Sartar and his labs, saving the population of the two settlements.
