Terrina Square
this public area, located on the planet Quellor, was the site of several peaceful, anti-Imperial rallies during the early years of the Galactic Civil War. At one rally, an image of Emperor Palpatine was burned in effigy, and the stormtroopers who were ordered to keep the peace opened fire on the crowd. All the protesters were killed by the stormtroopers, despite the orders of Moff Toggan to hold their fire.
