this Imperial Sector Plexus drone ship was disabled shortly after the Battle of Yavin. The Alliance sent a team of operatives to capture the drone and steal its security codes before Imperial forces could locate it. The Alliance team managed to get to I-175 first, stealing the codes and then destroying enough of the ship to fool the Imperials into believing it was destroyed "naturally".
