this Twi'lek worked for Nirama, several years before the Battle of Naboo. It was rumored that Jobril voluntarily allowed Nirama to implant a chip into his brain that made Jobril unquestioningly loyal to Nirama. Shortly after the Battle of Naboo, something made Jobril change his mind about the implant. He secretly had it removed, and turned against Nirama.
