this man was the Imperial Governor of Ciutric in the period following the Battle of Endor, and took custody of Sate Pestage after Leonia Tavira dropped him off on the planet. A minor leader, Brothic was bribed into delaying word of Pestage's arrival, thereby allowing Pestage to hide before Ysanne Isard could locate him.
