this Doctor of Archaeology was a member of the Obroan Institute. He was to begin an exploration of the planet Kogan 6 as soon as Joto Eckels returned to the Institute with the Penga Rift. Because of the importance of Eckels' work, Bromial's expedition was put on hold for several months.
