this was the name given by the Kaminoan people to the moment in their history when the planet Kamino experienced a sudden rise in planetary temperature. When the polar ice caps and glaciers melted, the planet was completely flooded with water, causing all landmasses to be submerged under the planet-encircling ocean. A global period of warming followed an intense ice age, causing massive inland glaciers to melt and thereby flooding the planet.
