Ko Sai
this Kaminoan female served as the Chief Scientist for the cloning project requested by Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas. Ko Sai was created from the genetic stock of near-genius researchers, and was considered to be among the most single-minded individuals of her generation. It was Ko Sai's research that led to the development of new methods for rapidly accelerating the growth of the clone troopers created from Jango Fett's genetic material. Years later, after Kamino itself was attacked during the Clone Wars, Ko Sai and Taun We revealed that it was Darth Tyranus - no Master Sifo-Dyas - who paid for the clones. Ko Sai suddenly went missing after this revelation, and many Kaminoans believed she had been abducted. Others feared that she defected to the Separatists. She was never seen again.
