this was the generic term used to describe the legions of automatons which cleaned the exterior surfaces of the skyscrapers and buildings of the planet Coruscant, during the last decades of the Old Republic. These droids, such as CLE-004, had only minimal subsystems, relying on the commands of a central processor to drive them.
