Rankwin Fopow
this being served as the leader of the Cadinth Oligarchy, during the years leading up to the Clone Wars. As Prime Oligarch, Fopow maintained his support of the Old Republic only as long as the Jedi watchman, Bodis-Ker Vitan, maintained the peace in the surrouding space. After Vitan's death, Oligarch Fopow indicated that he was "firmly undecided" as to where his loyalties lay.
