this being represented the planet Lansono in the Old Republic's Galactic Senate, during the years leading up to the Battle of Geonosis. Senator Bu was part of a vocal faction of Senators which questioned Chancellor Palpatine's ability to delay the vote on the Military Creation Act, shortly after an attempt was made to assassinate Padme' Amidala.
