this Imperial Moff was in charge of the Tragan Sector during the Galactic Civil War. He had arranged to collect stolen plans for the X-Wing starfighter from the traitorous Ral Shawgrim, but Shawgrim failed to deliver them. He placed a bounty on Shawgrim's head, but never found him.
