this Radnoran was a known criminal, during the years following the Battle of Naboo. Nonce was hired by Dol Heelp to locate teams of youths who were willing to help steal loot from the homes of those Radnorans who were evacuated from their homes in Tacto, after a plague was unleashed in the neighboring city of Aubendo.
